Sometimes, dreams come true.

And, sometimes…

They seem too good to be true.

So many questions, one affirmation…I am in love with Alexander Tate. Everything I’ve ever dreamed of was standing right in front of me. My ultimate fantasy come true. My more. So, why am I running?

Aby Ryan spent twelve years doubting herself…Can she really learn to trust others before learning to trust herself?

Alex and Aby’s story continues in the powerfully sensual sequel in The Perfect Plans Series, Take a Bow. The final installment of their story is wrought with jealously, endless desire, sinfully decadent sex, betrayal, humor, empowerment and, of course, love.

I DID IT! I finished #NaBloPoMo

I took on this challenge back in October as my writing/author friends joined the #NaNoWriMo this month.  We each had our own challenges.  But they both involved writing and a commitment. I wasn’t sure I could do a blog post a day for a whole month and honestly, I didn’t but I did make thirty blog entries this month. So for that I am proud of myself for making the commitment and for finishing what I started.

My goal was to share more information about authors I love to read, and I have.  I have shared author and book information as well as found new followers here on my blog.  I need to now go and follow a bunch of friends that I haven’t had the time to go check out their blog pages.

Thank you for taking this ride with me.  I am glad I did this.

Jared Morgan – You Will Love to “Hate” Him @JakeMalden1 #NaBloPoMo

If you love your romance and erotica to be a little rough, then meet Jared Morgan from The Jared Effect by Jake Malden.

The Jared Effect is comprised of three connected stories about women’s encounters with roguish traveling musician Jared Morgan. Each is written from the point of view of a different female protagonist and chronicles how her life is revolutionized by meeting him.

In Jared Hitches a Ride artist Vanessa and college-girl Mallory pick up Jared when they see him hitching on the Interstate. Vanessa flirts with Jared, but refuses to have sex with him unless he conspires with her in a seduction of Mallory; the college girl is unhappily engaged to her feckless high-school sweetheart and Vanessa sees this as an opportunity to wake her up to other opportunities. Jared employs all his cunning in breaking down Mallory’s resistance, culminating in a wild motel-room tryst with Vanessa which eventually draws in an aroused and enthusiastic Mallory. He secretly records part of the encounter on Mallory’s fiances voice mail, as a result of which Mallory is forced to confront her doomed relationship and with Vanessa’s encouragement to embark on a new chapter in her life. The Power of “RT – Retweet” DO IT! #NaBloPoMo

If you are on Twitter you have power.  Real power.  It is easy.  One button.  That’s all it takes.  One click.  It is called the Retweet button.  It is simple.  Quick.  It looks like this:

You are asking why this is such a big deal?  Who cares about the retweet button?

If you are an Indie Author trying to spread the word about your new book release then you care.

And your followers should care too!

reyweet tee

The life of a tweet, according to, is 18 minutes.  It is hottest in the first seven minutes.  Then it slowly loses it’s spark and sizzle.  Soon it disappears.  Gone.  Never to be seen again most likely.  So if your tweet wasn’t seen the first time it went out, it is lost.  Right?  This is where retweets are so important.

A few weeks ago, I did a post on my blog for the book release of an Indie Author.  I made five different posts on my blog and each time, that post made a tweet on my Twitter account.  I then went into my Hootesuite account and scheduled those tweets to post again 5 times each.  So I posted my own tweets 25 times on the TL at various times during the day.  What does that come down to?  At that time I had 1048 followers who saw my 25 tweets so my tweets hit the TL 26,200 times or 26,200 different opportunities for that new book to be seen by someone who might not know the author.  And that was just mine alone.
